3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be prepaid online.
• Cancellations and reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Access and Security

• Access may be provided via QR code, keycard, or smart lock.
• Sharing access credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• Komune.Work reserves the right to revoke access if terms are violated.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

• Komune.Work is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• We are not responsible for downtime, power issues, or internet outages, though we strive for uninterrupted service.
• Users must have their own insurance for personal property.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Termination
